I’ve been wanting to make this program available to everyone, but just hadn’t
taken the time to get it out there. I had originally created it nearly a year ago because 3 different friends of mine had family members who came down with cancer.
Well, cancer hit home for my family as my mother was just diagnosed with colorectal cancer. She’s been through surgey and has just started chemo. She also listens to this program as many as three times a day.
Why? Because it allows her to be centered. To focus on her breathing. And, to stay in a positive mood.
Believe me, it took my own mom nearly a month to get around to listening to the program for the first time - now she listens to it daily!
Cancer has affected so many lives. It seems that many people along with their families
and friends suddenly come face to face with the temporality of life and they don’t know
where to begin.
One of the themes that permeates the program is that of forgiveness and letting
go of emotionally charged events from your past.
